Hyderabadi Biryani Rice Seasoning 50g MDH

Mixture of spices for rice dishes

Composition:

pod, black pepper, cardamom seeds, red chillies, cloves, cumin, green cardamom, flower

Preparation instructions:Soak 200 g of cleaned and washed rice for 30 minutes in water.   Fry one large, chopped red onion (90 g) and 2 cloves of garlic in 30 g of cooking oil.   Add 150g of pieces of meat and fry until brown.   In a separate pan Add5g Hyderabadi biryani masala & mix.
